We're a small, family-owned agistment property in beautiful Pearcedale, and we're building something special. This isn't a finished facility — it's an evolving one, with new features and improvements being added regularly as we grow.
Our focus is on friendliness, community, and steady progress. Pearcedale is a very equestrian-oriented area, with much of Middle Road officially classed as an Equestrian Trail. We're proud to be part of this community as we develop our property into the facility we envision.
Middle Corral is a work in progress, and we're excited about what's taking shape. We currently have paddocks and a small dressage arena, with facilities being steadily improved and expanded.
Recent additions include a PTZ security camera for paddock monitoring and WiFi extended through the barn area. Currently underway: night lighting for the arena, additional shelters in paddocks, and expanded storage space.
Our long-term vision includes a proper show jumping corral, comprehensive shelter coverage, tie-up areas, and all the amenities of a full-service facility. We're building it step by step, and we're honest about where we are in that journey.
And yes, you'll likely meet our two miniature goats — they're the unofficial welcoming committee (and perpetual fence-line negotiators).
